Full Service Agreement 6-12 Months Prior
Consultation up to 2hours to discuss the needs and wants of a professional bridal consultant
Discuss vision-details-vendor selection-budget-appointment scheduling-attending appointments
Wedding countdown to do list-review and/or obtain contracts-deposits-emails-phone calls
Retainer fee $500 at time of agreement signature (non-refundable) due to calendar date being secured

DAY OF Service Agreement 4-6 weeks Prior
Pull together vendor details of contracts you have already obtained
Available for phone calls-emails-text messages as needed
Call and notify all vendors that I will be on site for the day of services
Assign assistant if needed-start to do list-timeline of days events-ceremony agenda
Retainer fee of $250 due at this time of signature (non-refundable) due to calendar date being secured
Items listed for Day Of may be updated as needed based on consultation needs
Week of Wedding
Final meeting to go over timeline-to do list-ceremony agenda
Pick up wedding accessories (goblets-favors-programs-decor-etc)
Rehearsal Day Before
Guide and assist with bridal party from precessional to recessional
Actual Day of Events
First on site for the day and the last to leave at the end of the evening
Implement and orchestrate the Timeline-To Do List as you have set forth
Meet & greet all vendors upon arrival-dispense final payments if needed
Room set up (decor-table settings-chair covers/ties-placecards-favors etc)
Ceremony set up (decor-programs-sand ceremony-chairs-arch etc)
Then what goes up then must come down to be returned to you (goblets-cake knife etc)
Fee Schedule
Both service agreement fees vary based on ceremony location to venue- venue-labor-timeframe of planning-your consultation needs and your budget
Payment Schedule
Retainer fees are non-refundable once the date has been booked it's no longer on the OPEN market to accept another event for that date.
Full Service Service Agreement fee due at time of acceptance is $500
Day Of Service Agreement fee due at time of acceptance is $250 unless other arrangements have been made based on length of planning process is only a few months or weeks prior to the event
Payment arragements at time of consultation will be discussed on length of time in which client needs to make payments as long as final payment is made 10days prior to event. At this time method of payment accepted is either cash-check or cashier's check made out to Eventful Moments or credit cards via my new square access...
Should your event be postponed or cancelled written notice must be tendered as to cancel services listed per our agreement if not all monies due based on payment arrangements must be made current or should payment of FINAL check be returned for Non Sufficent Funds or Stopped Payment on the account where the check is unable to be cashed legal small claims action will be taken and client will be responsible for any and all bank/court fees that have been incurred will now be the responsibility of the client.
